A majority of British women want the law changed to make it harder for them to end a pregnancy, according to a poll in the Observer.
The poll found 47 per cent of women believe the legal limit for an abortion should be cut from 24 weeks while 10 per cent thought abortion should be outlawed. Thirty-one per cent of women and 35 per cent of men thought the current limit was "about right".
