LONDON - Fears that the foot-and-mouth outbreak could have spread from Surrey to as far as Kent were raised yesterday after two more control zones were established.
A cordon was set up around a farm on Romney Marsh, Kent. Another area outside the Surrey protection zone was also suspected.
