More children poisoned in China

Two hundred children are suffering from lead poisoning in southwest China. Parents in Tongdu, in Yunnan province, blamed the poisoning on a nearby industrial park, the China Daily reported.

Last month, more than 1300 children in Hunan province and at least 615 children in Shaanxi province tested positive for lead poisoning in cases linked to metal processing plants near their homes.
