Moat tribute page down

A Facebook tribute page to Northumberland killer Raoul Moat was suddenly taken down by its creator, Siobhan O'Dowd yesterday.

She made it clear that it could soon be relaunched and denied she had received death threats.

Facebook said it had not taken down the heavily-criticised site and that it stood by its decision to leave the page online.
