The driver who ploughed into four police officers and killed them on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway will testify against his manager who faces manslaughter charges over the horror crash.
Simiona Tuteru is facing 82 charges including four counts of manslaughter in relation to the crash which left Senior Constables Lynette Taylor, Kevin King and Constables Glen Humphris and Joshua Prestney dead.
The 49-year-old trucking manager appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court today to fight the charges at a committal hearing.
The officers were killed after they stopped to pull over Richard Pusey, who was clocked speeding at 149km/h in his black Porsche. He was urinating on the side of the road at the time of the crash and avoided being hit.
Killer driver Mohinder Singh was jailed for 22 years in April after pleading guilty to four counts of culpable driving causing death.
