Thousands of Filipino victims of former dictator Ferdinand Marcos' police forces are asking a federal judge to give them a 210ha Colorado ranch they say Marcos secretly bought.
The request, made in a lawsuit filed in federal court, comes as the plaintiffs seek to collect US$2 billion ($2.82 billion) that a jury in Honolulu awarded them in 1995 after finding Marcos responsible for executions, disappearances and torture.
None of the plaintiffs has received any money as appeals have dragged out over the past decade.
