A man who allegedly choked and sexually assaulted a woman after visiting an apartment she had advertised for rent in Sydney's inner west has been arrested and charged.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning in Concord when a 31-year-old woman met with the man at an apartment after advertising a room for rent.
After entering the apartment the man allegedly sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing, police say.
The 31-year-old Korean national has also been charged with assaulting a second woman in Strathfield, intimidation, stealing two cars and other items and being involved in a police pursuit in Lidcombe on April 3.
He's charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a 31-year-old woman at a Concord apartment on Sunday morning and with choking her with intent to commit a serious offence.
