BERLIN - A 50-year-old man angered by changes in a local rail timetable protested by lying down on the tracks in front of a train in the western town of Eltville.
According to a report in Bild am Sonntag newspaper on Sunday, the man at a station in Eltville began screaming loudly during the evening rush hour about changes in the schedule that cancelled his usual train connection home.
He then lay down on the rails in front of the station. Police arrived about 15 minutes later and carried him off the track. Four trains were delayed.
