Man pleads guilty to 'Underbelly' murder

A man has pleaded guilty over the gangland slaying of Des Moran in Melbourne.

Moran was made famous by the TV series 'Underbelly', which detailed the Melbourne underworld war.

Michael Farrugia has admitted to the manslaughter outside a cafe in June last year.

He's also agreed to give evidence against his co-accused.

Des Moran's sister-in-law Judy is accused of his murder along with Suzanne Kane and her partner Geoffrey Armour.
