A man who was accused of raping his pregnant girlfriend while she was in labour after telling her he felt 'horny' has been found not guilty.
The man was alleged to have attacked his partner while she was on her hands and knees trying to relieve the pain of her contractions after going into labour at home in Hull, East Yorkshire.
A jury cleared him of the rape charge on Friday after half an hour following a five-day trial at Hull Crown Court.
The couple, who had been together for seven years, cannot be named for legal reasons.
The man was accused of continuing to have sex with his partner even as she cried out in pain and begged him to stop.
