Man dies in bungled laughing gas experiment

Investigations will continue today into how a 38-year-old man died in what is believed to be a bungled laughing gas experiment in west Sydney.

A man who discovered four people unconscious in a car at Toongabbie ran to a nearby house for help, screaming that the vehicle was full of nitrous oxide, or laughing gas.

A woman aged 22 and two men, aged 22 and 33, were taken to hospital.
