An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Michelle Morrissey at her home in central western NSW.
The teenager from Londonderry in Sydney's west will front Mudgee Local Court today after being arrested at a house about 11.45pm yesterday, police said.
Ms Morrissey, 19, was found at her home in Cox Street, Mudgee, just before 6.30pm on Saturday.
Detectives have indicated she was stabbed to death.
Ms Morrissey, who worked as a receptionist at a local real estate agent, was last seen about 3pm on Saturday at her home.
Her boss, Tim O'Brien, described her as a "bright and bubbly" young woman.
