A man has been charged with 14 offences, including grievous bodily harm and torture after three injured children were found in a property in Brisbane’s south.
Emergency services were called to a Wishart address about 9.30pm on Sunday following reports that a five-year-old boy needed medical assistance.
Police say the boy was found with “significant injuries” and was taken to Queensland Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
Police allege two other children, a 6-year-old girl and 8-year-old boy, were discovered also suffering injuries in the garage of the property.
They were transported to Queensland Children’s Hospital for “extensive non-life threatening injuries”.
