SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) U.S. federal agents have arrested a man on charges he phoned in a false bomb threat that forced Puerto Rico's main international airport to cancel one flight and delay several others.
Gabriel Osorio Cotto is accused of stating that a JetBlue flight at the Luis Munoz Marin airport would explode Tuesday afternoon.
U.S. Attorney Rosa Emilia Rodriguez said Wednesday that the call was made from a public phone booth. She says a nearby business had camera surveillance that helped authorities identify Osorio.
If convicted, Osorio faces up to five years in prison.
