There has been a large earthquake under the ocean between Tonga and Niue this morning.
Its magnitude is estimated to be around 6.5 on the Richter Scale, at a depth of 10km.
There has been no tsunami warning for the Pacific Islands or New Zealand.

"It’s kind of a miracle that I’m alive," one of the men aboard the boat said.
