A Spanish judge has conditionally released three Moroccans accused of 190 murders in the Madrid train bombings, a court official said.
Prosecutors had asked for them to be released, a sign that evidence shows they had a lesser role in the attacks than first thought.
All three were arrested before seven prime suspects blew themselves up in a suburban flat rather than surrender.
