Liverpudlians funniest people in Britain

All right, all right, calm down - Liverpudlians are the funniest people in Britain, a survey says.

The poll rated people from Manchester second, followed by Newcastle and then Yorkshire.

London narrowly missed being last on the list, as Wales was deemed to have the unfunniest population.

The survey of 1000 people was commissioned by cruise company Ocean Village.
