United States President Barack Obama is hosting a live chat on Google + to answer questions about last week's State of the Union address.
The chat is hosted on social networking site Google+ using the sites 'hangout' feature. It is essentially a large video chat that allows up to nine people to participate.
Over 100,000 questions were submitted through The White House's Youtube channel, and YouTube users voted for the questions they would most like to see in the discussion.
Questions surrounding marijuana policy were among the most popular, with many questions focussing on the legalization of marijuana and the cost of the war on drugs.
Over 1.6million votes were cast.
