A suspect was arrested last night in connection with a series of letter-bomb attacks in Britain. The man was arrested in Cambridge by detectives investigating the attacks on businesses linked to forensic science laboratories and traffic enforcement.
A total of seven letter-bombs - which police said were meant to shock, not kill - were sent across Britain in the past month, injuring nine people.
Sky News reported: "A number of suspects had been identified and put under surveillance during the last 10 days. At least one of the packages was said to have featured a Cambridgeshire postmark."
