Joe Korp has been ordered to stand trial on a charge of attempted murder of his wife Maria Korp.
Korp, 48, was committed in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court to the Victorian Supreme Court on November 2 on charges of attempted murder, conspiracy to murder and intentionally causing serious injury to his 50-year-old wife.
Korp's former lover, Tania Herman, 38, is serving a minimum of nine years' jail for the attempted murder of Maria Korp.
