New Government-funded centres aim to keep Australians out of the divorce courts.
Applications recently closed for organisations which want to run the first 15 so-called family relationship centres in Australia.
The Government wants 65 such centres over the next three years to reduce the Family Court's workload by encouraging spouses to turn to lawyers only as a last resort. Almost one-third of Australian marriages end in divorce.
