Israel to remember David and Goliath in stone

Israel is planning to build a towering 10m monument about the biblical story of David overcoming Goliath.

The monument will be erected on a hill overlooking the Ela Valley near Jerusalem, where the battle is believed to have taken place.

Forty-eight architects have submitted designs.
