The Stardust Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip today was imploded in a hail of fireworks.
In its place the Boyd Gaming Corp. will build a US $4 billion ($5.84 billion) casino megaresort and mixed-use development called 'Echelon Place' on the 63 acre Las Vegas Strip property, a representative said.
