Gaza: Sewage flood rips through village, killing four
At least four people were killed and more than 20 injured when a sewage reservoir burst next to a small Bedouin Village in the northern Gaza strip, unleashing a torrent of waste water.
At least 25 makeshift homes were destroyed or completely buried. As many as 96 were damaged.
It is not know yet what the cause was, but local residents blamed the municipal government for failing to address the mounting sewage problem.

Iran: Blair getting serious about kidnapped sailors
Britain's Premier Tony Blair warned Iran today of moving to a "different phase" if it doesn't release 15 British military personnel captured in the Gulf four days ago.
The next step Blair could take would be to proof via GPS records that the sailors had not entered Iranian waters.
Iraq's government and an Iraqi fisherman who witnessed the capture say it took place in Iraqi waters.

Cuba: Guantanamo tribunals illegal despite Hick's guilty plea - critics
David Hicks guilty plea yesterday shouldn't be seen as legitimising US military tribunals taking place at Guantanamo Bay, human rights groups said today.
Hicks had faced a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted - that request will now be trimmed because of the guilty plea and will take into account the five years Hicks has spent at Guantanamo.
Under a long-standing diplomatic agreement, Hicks will serve his sentence in Australia.
