Iran: Dailies see UK plot in sailors saga
Iranian daily newspapers agreed today that Britain had sent its sailors into Iranian waters intentionally to pressure Iran.
"The illegal entry of British soldiers to Iran's territorial waters was a preplanned scenario...", the editor of a hardline paper said. Wheras the more moderate daily Etemad-e Melli called it "wave of propaganda against Tehran". However, the newspapers disagree on the next steps.
Iran dismissed such charges.

Solomon Islands: Humanitarian crisis threatens tsunami-hit regions
A humanitarian crisis triggered by a huge earthquake and tsunami threatened thousands of homeless people in the Solomon Islands today.
Infection can set in quickly among the injured, with antibiotics in short supply. Water tanks have been damaged and the food supplies are insufficient.
Australia has offered A$2 million ($2.25 million) in aid, while New Zealand offered $500,000 and sent an air force plane laden with supplies, including water containers, blankets, tarpaulins, food and lamps.

Australia: Corby's family to take on government
While Schapelle Corby remains in jail in Bali, her family is set to take on the Australian Government over its intention th strip them of hundreds of thousands of dollars paid for the rights to Corby's story.
Schapelle's book, My Story, has already sold more than 100,000 copies but the government is determined she should not see a cent under laws against profiting from the proceeds of crime.
The Corby family said the money would be used to fund ongoing legal action.
