Jamaica: Woolmer murdered by strangulation, police confirm
Jamaican police have confirmed earlier speculation that Pakistan cricket coach Bob Woolmer was murdered at the World Cup.
The death on Sunday was "due to asphyxiation by manual strangulation", deputy commissioner Mark Shields told a news conference at the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston where Woolmer died on Sunday.
"Hopefully we will bring the killers to justice as soon as possible. We will use every energy we possibly have to track down the killers."

Australia: Three dead in Melbourne tunnel fireball
A crash in a Melbourne tunnel led to an explosion and fireball which left three people dead.
Hundreds of motorists were ordered to abandon their cars and evacuate the tunnel after a collision involving seven vehicles created the huge fireball.

Britain: Three arrested over London bombings
Police investigating the bombings on London's transport system on July 7, 2005 arrested three men in northern England.
No one has yet been charged over the attacks, in which all four bombers died along with 52 commuters.
Two were arrested at Manchester airport where they were due to fly to Pakistan. The third was arrested in a house in Leeds.
