Ice cream lights up pleasure zones

Scientific research has confirmed what many ice-cream lovers have always known - eating the frozen stuff makes you happy.

It lights up the brain's pleasure zones, according to research at the Centre for Neuroimaging Sciences, Institute of Psychiatry, London.

It was done for the giant international company Unilever - which owns Walls ice-cream in Britain, and is known in New Zealand for its Streets brand.
