A Dublin hospital is investigating how a dead man ended up having somebody else's organs put into his body.
British tourist Louis Selo, 55, died of a heart attack in a taxi on August 2. His body was subject to two autopsies: the first at Dublin's Beaumont Hospital, the second at an English hospital.
There, the pathologist discovered a plastic viscera bag had been stitched inside his corpse that contained somebody else's heart and lungs.
