KEY POINTS:
A Hong Kong policeman killed two fellow officers and a security guard, a coroner's court ruled yesterday, laying to rest conspiracy theories that gripped the city for weeks.
The verdict concluded that Tsui Po-ko, who went 13 years without promotion, had "unlawfully killed" a fellow officer in a shootout last March.
Tsui, 35, died from multiple gunshot wounds during the gunbattle. He had unlawfully killed another officer in 2001.
