Hundreds of people filled a hall in a remote New South Wales community yesterday to farewell Dean Shillingsworth, 2, killed and dumped in a Sydney duck pond.
Dean, whose hometown was Brewarrina in the state's northwest, became known as the Lake Angel after children found his body in a suitcase from the Ambarvale pond.
His mother, Rachel Pfitzner, is in custody charged with his murder.
