A teenage boy was killed and 28 children injured when two coaches, both carrying British school pupils on skiing holidays, were involved in a motorway pile-up in Germany yesterday.
A British man also died in the crash near Cologne. A coach carrying 55 teenagers was hit by a truck after it had pulled to the side after breaking down. The lorry shunted the coach back into the centre of the road, where it was hit by the second coach.
