Hold-up note nabs robber

Charging documents from US District Court allege that Todd Waller Markham visited a Washington Federal Savings bank in Murray, Utah, last week and gave the teller a note demanding cash.

He was given money and left.

But the reverse side of the note listed information about Markham from a drug screening, including his name, federal identification number and birthdate.
