Fiji's Court of Appeal has declared the country's interim government illegal and has ordered the democratically elected Parliament be reassembled.
The court dismissed an appeal by interim Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase against an earlier High Court ruling that his government was illegal.
The ruling means the 1997 Constitution remains the supreme law of Fiji and President Ratu Josefa Iloilo must step down by March 15.
