South Korea's Prime Minister apologised and hinted at his resignation yesterday for playing golf on Wednesday when he was expected to be working overtime to oversee the Government's response to a disruptive rail strike.
It was a national holiday but South Koreans expect high-level officials to work overtime during times of difficulty.
