The birth of Palestinian quadruplets has brought some optimism to the horrific and ongoing bloodshed in conflict-stricken Gaza.
More than 1400 lives have been lost in the worst conflict between Israeli troops and Hamas militants many in the region have seen in recent memory.
A doctor in the region shared some welcome good news this week when he posted a photo showing the four siblings on Twitter.
Dr Bassel Abuwarda posted the image of a doctor with the newborns giving a thumbs-up.
"Despite the pain, Palestinian mother gave birth to quadruplets last night," wrote Dr Abuwarda.
