Gas tankers stolen in Texas

FBI agents in Texas have issued a nationwide alert for two stolen propane tanker trucks, laden with thousands of litres of the volatile liquefied gas.

A San Antonio gas company discovered the trucks had been stolen after employees returned yesterday from the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

"Propane is one of the elements that terrorists have been trained on, so we're very concerned about it," said FBI Agent Patrick Patterson.
