MELBOURNE - An Australian man who illegally collected 17.6 million frequent flyer points, without getting on a plane, was jailed for six months for fraud.
Austin Perrott, 45, used a computer irregularity while working as a Singapore Airlines customer services supervisor in Melbourne.
He redeemed 4.3 million points, worth A$400,000, which he mostly sold to family and friends for money.
