A fire that engulfed an art gallery construction site has killed four workers and sent a huge pall of smoke over the South Korean capital Seoul.
Almost 170 firefighters battled the blaze, which broke out on Monday in the basement of the site for a three-storey contemporary art museum. Firefighters were searching for any more victims on Monday afternoon.
The blaze was fuelled by styrofoam panels, oxygen for welding and LPG containers. Nineteen workers were injured, most of them from smoke inhalation. One worker fell from a crane while trying to avoid the fumes.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the blaze.
