HOUSTON - Former US first lady, Lady Bird Johnson, has died in Texas at the age of 94, less than two weeks after leaving hospital, a family spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
The widow of late President Lyndon Johnson suffered a stroke in 2002 and was hospitalised with a fever for about a week in June.
