Sir Peter Jackson's personal jet plane is no longer involved in the search for missing Malaysia Air flight MH370, a spokesman for the filmmaker says.
The pilots of the Gulfstream G650 had used all their maximum number of flying hours for the week so the plane was grounded at the moment, Matt Dravitski said.
There had not been a request for further use of the plane, he said.
The plane had been used to help relay relay messages between various military aircraft searching for the missing Malaysia Airline passenger plane, the Royal New Zealand Air Force said.
It was bought by the movie director last year for $80 million and was one of five civilian jets assisting in the search for MH370, which went missing on March 8 with 239 people on board.
