Five on trial for financing terrorists

Five men went on trial in Paris for suspected roles in the phony hostage-taking of a Brink's employee in 2004 that netted more than €1 million ($1.75 million) for the Moroccan Islamic Combatant Group, blamed for 2003 suicide attacks in Casablanca that killed 45 people.
