The parents of the BBC correspondent kidnapped in Gaza a month ago pleaded for his release yesterday as a worldwide day of action was held to urge Alan Johnston be freed.
"Please let my son go now, today," said Graham Johnston, whose 44-year-old son was kidnapped at gunpoint after leaving the BBC office in Gaza City.
