Officials have launched an investigation into the escape from prison of a convicted murderer and former aide to the Duchess of York who spent almost three days on the run.
Jane Andrews, 42, was jailed for life in 2001 after stabbing her boyfriend to death after he refused to marry her.
Andrews, Sarah Ferguson's dresser for nine years until she was sacked in 1997, disappeared from East Sutton Park open prison, southeast of London, and was captured at a nearby hotel.
