Georgia said yesterday that it was pulling out of the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow this May because organisers had banned its song - which takes a swipe at Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
The Georgian entry, We Don't Wanna Put In, a clear pun on the Russian PM's name, prompted contest organisers to tell Georgia to ditch the song or rewrite the lyrics because they breached the rules by being political.
