The distressing footage shows Ms Finol speaking directly to the camera, her face bruised and swollen, as she details what she claims her ex boyfriend, criminal cartel leader Brayan Mauricio González, did to her.
She recounts how he beat her so violently her wrist broke and said he shoved a gun so far into her mouth it "made a hole" in her throat.
He also threatened to kill her. On February 25, four months after she made the video, Ms Finol's dead body was found mutilated in the street outside a school in Mexico.
A post mortem examination found her face had been sprayed with corrosive acid and her eyes gouged out.
The State Prosecutor's Office of Mexico said until a few days ago, the young woman's remains were identifiable only by her fingertips, according to a report published in The Mirror.
Ms Finol is one of six escorts murdered in Mexico in recent months — with Mr González named as a person of interest in at least two of those cases, local media reported.
Mexican authorities are now gathering testimonies from friends of the other victims of their investigation into Ms Finol's murder.
In the video clip, Ms Finol claimed González, also known as "El Pozole", beat her and threatened to kill her.
Mr González is the head of a notorious criminal cartel called La Union Tepito which allegedly specialises in extortion, selling drugs and kidnapping.
In the video, Kenni said: "I lived with him and several times he killed for nothing in my face. He kills for hobby."
Ms Finol, who her friends said wanted to be a model "like Paris Hilton", broke up with Mr González in September 2017.
He soon started a relationship with Karen Ailen Grodzniski, another escort.
On December 27, Ms Grodzniski was found dead in a hotel room with a bullet wound in her head.
In the video, Ms Finol said Mr González called her on the day of Ms Grodzniski's murder and: "I do not like you anymore.
"I killed them all ... this is your warning. Now you will follow."
