Police were last night investigating an explosion outside the British Embassy in Santiago, Chile, which caused minor damage to the building.
CNN reported that the blast also caused minor damage to the nearby Israeli Embassy. DPA reported that Chilean police detonated a cylinder filled with gunpowder found in front of the British Embassy.
