Dame Elizabeth Taylor's funeral has been scheduled to take place today.
The body of the 79-year-old actress - who passed away at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre on Wednesday after suffering congestive heart failure - will be laid to rest at California's Forest Lawn Cemetery in a private service, reports gossip website TMZ.
According to the site - who previously claimed the screen icon would be buried in the crypt next to her parents at the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery - Elizabeth's death certificate lists Mt. Sinai as the mortuary and Forest Lawn as her final resting place.
The actress' close friend, the late Michael Jackson, is also buried there.
While the funeral will be a private affair, fans of the Cleopatra actress - who was married eight times to seven men and had four children - have flocked to her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to pay their respects.
The tile has been covered with floral tributes to her, along with cards and classic photographs depicting the actress in her prime.
One mourner even matched his bouquet to the colour of her "unique" eyes.
The unnamed man said: "We asked the florist to select flowers that would commemorate the colour of her eyes. We all know her eyes were a unique violet colour."
Another tearful member of the public admitted she went along to say goodbye to her idol.
She said: "I felt like if I came here I would say my goodbyes. I've always admired her."
