A 5.1-magnitude earthquake has struck off the coast of Tonga.
The moderate quake struck at a depth of 44.5 kilometres east of the capital Nuku'Alofa at 9.40am, said the US Geological Survey.
There have been no immediate reports of damage or warnings of a tsunami.
Two earthquakes struck to the northeast of Tonga a week ago, causing no damage.
Nine people died in Tonga in an earthquake-triggered tsunami in October last year.
