There's been a 5.2 magnitude earthquake in far north Queensland with its impact felt in Mackay and other towns.
The US Geological Survey says the quake happened at 3.31pm (5.31pm NZ time) this afternoon and had its centre 124km southeast of Townsville, 10km below the surface.
The ABC says there are no reports of damage so far.
