The body of a woman found in a Sydney park was wearing a pink dog collar and lay near drag marks 30 metres from a bin.
The woman was also wearing dark polka-dot clothing and was found near playground equipment in a popular children's birthday party spot in Hunters Hill, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Police have confirmed that the woman was mostly likely murdered.
The NSW Homicide Squad is investigating the suspicious death of the woman, whose remains were left near a main road and are yet to be identified.
Detective Superintendent David Waddell said a council worker made the gruesome discovery this morning.
